These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, games, bonuses, and transactions on the bz88 platform. By registering an account or using the platform, you are considered to have given your full consent to these Terms.

bz88 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. We therefore recommend visiting this page regularly.

1Definitions

The following words and phrases used in these Terms carry the meanings given below:

• Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• The user must agree to participate in bz88's KYC process and provide the necessary identity documents when required.
• By registering an account, the user confirms that they are registering using their own personal information and not on behalf of any third party.

3Account Management

The security of the account is entirely the user's responsibility. Following the guidelines below is mandatory:

• Login credentials (username and password) must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
• If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, the bz88 support team must be notified immediately.
• The user is responsible for all activities carried out through their bz88 account. bz88 will not be liable for any losses arising from the user's negligence.
• To change account details, you must complete a verification process through our support team.
• Inactive accounts — those with no transactions or activity for an extended period — may be suspended or closed by bz88.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bz88 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket (Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Typical withdrawal time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• bz88 reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal request for security review.
• The account used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the user's own name. Transactions from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Please confirm the correct amount and reference number for each transaction. bz88 will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

5Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers at bz88 are provided under the following terms. It is recommended to read the relevant conditions in full before accepting any bonus.

Welcome Bonus:

• 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳22,000 and receive a ৳20,000 bonus (maximum cap), giving a total balance of ৳42,000.

Wagering Requirement:

• A wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount applies.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• After accepting a bonus, the wagering requirement must be completed within a specified time limit; otherwise the bonus may be cancelled.
• bz88 reserves the right to modify bonus terms or cancel promotions at any time.
• If an attempt to obtain a bonus through fraudulent means is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

All gaming activities at bz88 are conducted on the principles of fairness and transparency. Please keep the following in mind when playing:

• All game outcomes are determined through RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is completely unbiased.
• Once a bet has been placed and a game has started, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game result is uncertain due to a technical error, the relevant bet may be cancelled and the bet amount refunded.
• In sports betting, only bets placed before the market closes will be considered valid.
• bz88 reserves the right to add or remove any game, market, or event at any time.
• If a suspicious betting pattern is detected, bz88 reserves the right to suspend the relevant bets and winnings during an investigation.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited to ensure the fair operation of bz88 and to protect the interests of players:

• Operating multiple accounts: The same individual may not create or operate more than one account.
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to obtain a bonus in violation of the bonus terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent activity: Providing forged documents, submitting false information, or taking any other fraudulent action.
• Hacking or software manipulation: Any attempt to compromise the platform's security or influence game outcomes.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to clean funds from illegal sources.
• Use of accounts by minors: Allowing anyone under the age of 21 to create or use an account.
• Collusive fraud: Multiple players working together to artificially influence game outcomes or markets.

If evidence of involvement in any of the above prohibited activities is found, bz88 will immediately close the relevant account and reserves the right to forfeit all bonuses and winnings.

8Responsible Gaming

11Service Suspension & Termination

bz88 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• If any part of these Terms is violated.
• If false or incomplete information is found during KYC verification.
• If evidence of involvement in fraudulent activity is found.
• If there is strong suspicion of participation in prohibited activities.
• Based on the user's voluntary request.

If there is any valid balance remaining before the account is closed and no breach of terms and conditions has occurred, that amount will be refunded to the user's registered payment method.

12Dispute Resolution

For any dispute between bz88 and a user, the following process will be followed:

• First step: Submit the dispute directly to our support team — via live chat (available 24/7) or by email at [email protected].
• bz88 will review the dispute and provide a decision within a reasonable time.
• If not satisfied with the decision, the user may submit a request for reconsideration with additional information and evidence.
• For disputes regarding game outcomes, server logs and game history will be considered as final evidence.
• For any legal interpretation of these terms and conditions, the English language version will take precedence.
